Shipping Policy

Free US Shipping

Every LUMA order ships free within the United States. We currently ship to all 50 states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Processing Time

Orders process within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

Standard shipping typically arrives within 2–5 business days after processing. Alaska and Hawaii may take slightly longer. Delivery estimates are not guarantees — carrier delays and peak volume can extend transit times.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships (allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update). You can also use our Order Tracking page anytime.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If tracking stalls for 7+ days or your order arrives damaged, email [support@lumarecovery.com] and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
