How to Start a Return

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.

Return Shipping

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping; we recommend a trackable method.

Refund Timeline

Warranty
