Track Your Order
Once your LUMA order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to begin updating after your label is created.
How to Track
1. Open your shipping confirmation email and click Track Your Order.
2. Or log in to your account and view your order's status.
3. Or paste your tracking number into the carrier's website.
Haven't received tracking?
Allow 1–2 business days for processing. If it's been longer, email [support@lumarecovery.com] with your order number and we'll send your tracking details right away.
Tracking shows delivered, but nothing arrived?
Check with neighbors and your building, then contact us within 7 days — we'll open a carrier investigation and make it right.
