What's your return policy? Every LUMA device comes with a 60-day risk-free trial. If it's not for you, return it for a full refund — no complicated hoops.

Is there a warranty? Yes. LUMA devices include a manufacturer warranty (1–2 years depending on the product) against defects.

How often should I use it? It varies by product — each product page includes a recommended routine and FAQ. As a rule, consistency beats intensity.

Are LUMA devices safe? Our devices are designed for safe at-home use. If you're pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or managing a medical condition, check with your physician first. LUMA products are wellness devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
